As day goes on hair becomes unruly and wild.

Ive never let my hair grow out since I was as 16, (29M). Mid skin fade very short on top as standard UK lad stuff. I’m currently growing it out and going for a taper fade, I have no clue what I’m doing and I’ve just been using chat GPT… I assume that advice is sketchy so before I fork out for new products can you guys give me some help please?

Routine below:

I did my first ever go at deep conditioning camille rose algae deep conditioner on Tuesday. To deep condition I wore a shower cap and held a diffuser low heat low speed for 10 mins then let it sit without for 10 mins and washed out. I then put in some men’s cantu leave in conditioner to damp hair with a little bit of camille rose curl maker and let air dry.

My shampoo and conditioner is cantu shea butter.

I really like the hair 1-2 hours after drying but as the days goes on it just gets puffier and wilder. What am I doing wrong? I’m mixed raced, 1/4 Nigerian 3/4 English so I have slightly Afro hair. I also do have a silk pillow case.

First 2 pictures are this morning, second 2 are end of day 😂.

Net energy totals to not include today

Hi when I check net energy I always want to see it as previous days when checking trends.

Today I’ve just had a coffee as I morning fast and in the evening I tend to go for a 20 minute walk after dinner. It just means that the 3 day and 7 day trend are constantly thrown off by meal spikes, exercise spikes, fasting periods.

Is there a way or can there be a way to exclude current day data from trends?
