I have googled far and wide, videos, etc and i cannot find it.

Black cat and white cat, i think, and collars with bells. The black cat having a more rowdy personality.

Im 99% sure they could also turn into cat girls, in a more "moe" artstyle? The cats were both girls.

The pages were coloured but there werent a LOT of pages. Its also hard to find because my mother bought them at a thrift store maybe eight years ago or so, she would buy everything even slightly close to "anime" as i liked things like that.

I might be imagining this, but i think they were also in a park in a bike carrier? It doesnt help a lot with the search but i really cannot find anything like this anywhere. Thanks. 🥲
