i started going to the gym a couple months ago and everything i was told to work on doesn’t seem any different. i’m aware of how underdeveloped chest especially is and even though it’s been my main focus it looks like a twig’s. any advice helps, thanks!

i started going to the gym a couple months ago and asked what to work on and was told shoulders and chest. do they look any more developed? also i know this isn't the body fat sub but if anyone has expertise in that please give me an estimate. thanks!
