Ordered a Voltas AC from Flipkart with open box delivery. Checked it at delivery—looked fine externally.
Next day during installation, technician finds internal damage (airflow flap broken).
Technician said he’d raise a complaint. It’s been 24+ hours—no update.
I’ve raised a return request myself.
If they reject this saying “checked at delivery,” that’s completely unfair.
Has anyone actually managed to get a replacement/refund in such cases? Or do I need to escalate legally?
