We are going on a beach vacation with other family members this summer and my 4.5y old isn't really "sure" in big bodies of water (went to a beach one day at then 3.5y and he was scared of the waves) and we dont really do pools except maybe when he was 3 and we held him in the water the whole time. But our vacation rental will have a pool and is close to the beach. I was just wondering if an actual child's life jacket would be better or do you think he'd feel more secure in a puddle jumper? We have a few months before the trip so im going to look into swimming lessons to hopefully make him more comfortable around water too
