I’ve been on wegovy since September and as I go up in dosage I’ve started noticing really bad body odor. I literally smell like onions no matter what I do. I’m insanely hygenic, and have become kind of obsessive about it since this issue came up especially. I didn’t realize it could be the wegovy until I did some research and discovered when it’s metabolized it can cause a bad odor that secretes through sweat. Now that I know that’s probably the issue I’m going to bring it up with my doctor at my next weigh in appointment and see if there’s any options for prescription deodorant. Has anyone else had this issue and if so what have you done to help?
