I need advice
Me f(18) was 17 2 months ago. I recently turned 18 and this has been weighing heavily on my mind. So I would really appreciate your input. I originally posted this in the r/teachers but it got removed.
The situation happened when I (17) was in class my (m) teacher came up to me and sat next to me to ask me how my work was going. I showed him my work but then he said watch this. He went on his phone and went into a WhatsApp conversation between him and another teacher I know very well. He played me a StarWars parody of Anakin and Padme in a flower field together. At the end of the parody Padme her breast were enlarged and spilling out of her dress as like a joke that Ai will be used for stuff. I was initially shocked and didn’t know how to process this.
Looking back I feel disgusted especially because I have been watching Star Wars since I was young. I feel like the parody was sexually tinted and for a teacher to show me that gives me mixed emotions. On one hand that teacher is a very nice guy and says hello to me when he sees me in school. The other hand I feel like I’m being dramatic.
Since then I have been reflecting on if this situation was appropriate for a teacher to show a student.
