Chinese Visa e-travel document still needed(?)

Good day po. Nakalagay po sa email confirmation after online review itong requirement na:
* E-Travel document(if there is no arrival stamp in the passport);

Does this pertain only to your latest arrival sa pinas, or does it have to be all your return arrivals.

Also, will QR code suffice if ever?

Hey guys, I uploaded my documents last 28Apr and up until today 7May ay "Under Review" pa rin siya. As for your personal experience, ilang days before ma-approve yung online application niyo para makaproceed sa manual submission of documents. I am beating deadlines. Currently applying L-type visa single entry and first time.
