Hey r/helpdesk – I'm a recruiter placing desktop support talent at some of the most well-known names in finance, including hedge funds, asset managers, and other financial services firms in the NYC and NYC metro area. I do some work outside of finance, but it is mostly finance.

- Tier 1/2/3 desktop and end-user support
- Supporting C-suite and trading floor personnel
- Windows, macOS, Active Directory, O365, and more
- On-site in NYC or the metro area (most roles are in-person)

- Experience with automation or scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.) is a **major plus** – firms here love candidates who can eliminate repetitive tasks and build smarter workflows
- Previous experience in financial services or other high-demand environments
