Accenture Custom Engineering – Helpdesk said qualified but Workday still shows Interview | Any chances?

Hi everyone,

I appeared for Accenture Custom Engineering (Java Full Stack) role.

Final interview: 17 April (went well)

HR called on 23 April for salary expectations and preferred location

Called helpdesk on 5 May — they confirmed I qualified in the final round

But Workday portal is still showing “Interview” status with no further updates

It’s been 17 days since HR discussion. Is this normal? What are my chances of getting the offer? Has anyone faced similar delays and still received the LOI?

Any recent experiences with Custom Engineering lateral hires would help.

Hi everyone,

I recently received a Notice of Enquiry from Capgemini regarding attendance and not following office reporting instructions. They’ve scheduled a disciplinary meeting and asked me to provide a written explanation.

The thing is, I had applied for leave (around 2 months) due to medical reasons, and because of that I couldn’t follow the office attendance requirements properly.

Has anyone here faced a similar situation?

What usually happens in this kind of disciplinary interview?

How serious is it (warning vs termination)?

What should I prepare or say in my explanation?

Any advice or real experiences would really help.
