So, here is the help I need from my fellow CVS staff.
I work as an ops sup rx. I worked during 2024–25 in the front store mainly and when the yearly evaluation came in 2025, I got 2 out of 5. I asked my manager, and she said she gave everyone a 3 but the DL changed my score to 2. He or my manager never explained why that score was given to me as I worked so hard and even got promoted during that time frame. My manager called everyone at my store and had a one-on-one session before the scores were submitted to Workday except me. I sucked it up and thought it is what it is.
Once 2025 October hit, I went and started to work more at the pharmacy and never at front, since they pay a dollar more and the staff is good for me. I also got a different job and have CVS as a part time job and pharmacy was way flexible with it.
I recently thought of taking advantage of the tuition assistance, and it said I cannot qualify as my standing with CVS is not great, as I got 2 out of 5 on the evaluation. They said I should have 3 or more to qualify.
I am now wondering what I should do as I don’t want this to happen again, and I want to use the tuition benefits after this evaluation. What would you guys do, and what do all of you suggest? Any help is appreciated!
