Is anyone living in Liwan, particularly in the Mazaya buildings? We are looking for a 1 bhk and want to know which building we should target. I saw issues in the past with some of the older Mazaya buildings regarding maintenance and structure, so I want to be careful. If you live in a building like Mazaya 10, 11, 18, or 32, please share your experience.
Also, I want to find a 1 bhk that is chiller free. Some agents can’t give me a straight answer about the AC. They say the AC is included in DEWA, but I am confused if that means it is actually chiller free or if they add extra cooling charges in the DEWA bill. Can you share how the billing works for these buildings?
Lastly, are these buildings pet friendly? We have a pet and want to make sure it is allowed before we move in.
