Hi, I've seen that several people have mentioned having problems with Junao_game. I had a problem with a sale, and their customer service is also a complete mess. Does anyone know how to contact them through an effective channel? I have several pieces of evidence that don't reflect well on this seller, and if not, I'd like to at least share them here.
