Hiiii! I’m a few months into pole, and air walks have me in a chokehold. It’s the only trick I care about right now. They are so captivating... And challenging lol.
That said, I’d love to know a few things from your experience:
- What’s your favorite hand grip for air walks and why?
- Any conditioning exercises you recommend to strengthen the back/shoulders muscles to hold air walks longer.
- How to make the walk aesthetically pleasing. (Like which way to look, entering from the floor or aerially, flexing/pointing foot vs. small leg waves/knee bends etc.)
I’m answering in the comments and would love your thoughts, too. Thank you!
