Best Credit Card for Car Rental Coverage?
Hello I am planning on renting a vehicle next weekend. I am planning on opting into liability the counter, so the workers receive the commission for it. I never opt into coverages when booking. My plan is to use the liability through the rental agency and use my credit card to cover the vehicle, so I do not have to use my personal insurance.
What credit cards would offer the best coverages for rental vehicles. I am thinking One Key+ AMEX Blue Cash Preferred Amazon Prime and Chase Freedom Flex would offer good coverages and I have all 4 of these cards. I used my AMEX to hold the reservation but may change my payment to another card if they offer better coverages? What card offers the easiest claim process, covers things like loss of use, and has the highest coverage amount?
Also, would like to include I cannot use third parties to book reservations as I work for said rental agency and cannot use my employee discount unless I book directly. If any of these cards include liability coverage feel free to let me know so I do not have to utilize the agency liability. Thanks!
