This is would I would personally add:

1. Line Launcher

2. Weapon disarment

3. Freeze Grenade

4. Add a pistol takedown turns his guns into a sniper for a quick shot that can go through two enemies at once

5. Add a grenade like device that sets enemies on fire like a Molotov

6. Unique animations for zip kick and add a zip kick takedown

7. Add more unique animations for takedowns and counters.
