Too thick of a smoothie

Hi everyone, today i made my first protein smoothie. I used 150 g of blueberies, 20 grams of protein, 2 teaspoons of peanut butter and 6 g of creatine. It was fine texture at first but as i was drinking it on my way to work it became an almost gelatin consistency and I couldn't finish it. What did i do wrong?
