Hi peeps! Pa help naman ako, hindi ko ma identify kung saan pumasok yung online payment, hindi kasi nakaspecify kung saang app sya naka link. And kanina ko lang napansin na nabawasan, no emails or sms received kagabi, nasa transaction history ko lang sya. I also checked I have an active subscription pero wala. Also checked the buget & history sa google play but hindi makita itong transaction. I'm not using multiple google account, and no family members nor friends ang naka link sa gcash ko. Pano po ito i-refund?

I hate it when this happens. Example if my Messenger got this ALL APPS THAT OWNED BY META will receive this kind of risk may exist notification. How do you stop this without rooting your phone? I currently have Tecno Camon 30 5g and this issue came out when I updated my phone at HiOS 15
