$250M settlement. Stock already impacted or more to come?

Wondering if the stock will go lower as the settlement nears. Anyone have any thoughts there on impact over next week or month or we think its already accounted for in the daily averages... how long before rebound... I know not a crystal ball situation but maybe there's been patterns observed with Tesla that could correlate...

Opt out of arbitration in California

Just a quick note that for California owners you can opt out of arbitration and class action wavers when Rivian requires you to log back into the app after an update or their normal timeout period. This is a new law that went into effect in January. I highly recommend you do it to protect your rights.

California SB 82 (effective Jan 1, 2026) is a brand-new, first-of-its-kind law. It specifically prevents companies from using "infinite" arbitration clauses that cover every future dispute.

Email optout@rivian.com to tell them you were forced to sign into the app again and as part of that signin were notified of their general terms and conditions which give you the option to opt out. Tell them this is for the general terms and conditions and a result of their clickwrap

You also will want to do this for every service center visit.

Both must take place in 30 days of the event.

Screen capture and save that response for as long as you own the vehicle and then beyond. You may want to screen capture the blank login where it shows you agree to their terms to document the trigger.

Heed my advice. I did this and you should too. You have nothing to lose and this is your legal right.

Be well.
