31M — for the past few nights I’ve been waking up with my left arm completely numb/asleep. Afterward, the left side of my neck feels really stiff/sore, and my left eye has this weird dry/pressure feeling almost like there’s crust in it even when there isn’t. The arm numbness eventually goes away, but the neck soreness and eye sensation linger. No major injury that I can think of. Has anyone experienced something similar or know what could cause this?”
