A sales person quoted me a final price of ₹1.68 crore for a 2.5 BHK in phase 2. I am new to East Bangalore and don’t have a detailed idea of property values here. Most of the builders are quoting around 12,000 per sqft.
Does this sound like a fair price, or is it on the higher side compared to the area? Any insights from locals or recent buyers would be really helpful.
