Worry about estradiol cream

That’s what my doctor prescribed me, but I’m honestly kinda ansious about if I’m applying it correctly and if it would have effect, I apply it on my arm till it’s an even thin layer, my endocrinologist told me to wait only 5 minutes for it to absorb but honestly I wait 15, after that I continue my activities normally, but I’m worried that rubbing or touching other superficies of any kind, especially blankets or clothes will affect is effectivity, anyone have had experience with it?

Im about to start hrt and got exited by some stories of people dropping shoe size down, I know it doesn’t happen to everyone, but also had seen crazy experiences.

Anyone can share ur own experiences and thoughts about feet shrinkage due to estrogen?

So I finally accepted I’m trans (mtf 19) I’m starting hormones in about 2 weeks, and I want to come out socially, at this time the only two people who know I am trans is my mom and my psychologist, I want to take things calm but I don’t know where to start neither, I don’t even call myself with feminine pronouns yet, I’m in the process of choosing a name, I know I have a lot of things easier cause I already present very feminine looking and all my family or at least the ones I care about (have no friends at all) is supportive and I don’t think would have any problem with me being trans but I’m still scared, it just feels like something really big, what are ur advices, thoughts and ur own experiences?
