Air Fryer Baked Layered Cheese Pasta with Bell Peppers
Recipe
- Grill bell peppers(cut and coated with a sprinkle of salt and a drizzle of olive oil) in the air fryer at 180c for 12 minutes.
- Boil water in parallel, add salt, when it boils add fusilli pasta, cook until al dente and drain.
- Layer pasta over the grilled bell peppers. Add arabiata or tomato sauce and mix gently into the pasta layer (optional).
- as the final layer add a combination of Mozzarella and cheddar cheeses ( I also added Gruyère).
Bake again for 7 mins at 180c.
