I purchased an Ekster Wallet Pro as a gift for my husband and initiated a return within 1 day of receiving it. According to Ekster’s stated policy, returns are accepted within 100 days, and refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
I followed their instructions exactly by emailing nest@ekster.com with “URGENT” in the subject line. Since then, I have sent two additional follow-up emails and have received no response whatsoever.
At this point, the company has $129 of our money and has not provided even a basic acknowledgment or return instructions. This lack of communication is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
If this is not resolved promptly, I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and explore further action. Consumers should be aware of this experience before purchasing.
