I have been selling B2B SaaS product to the NAMER and LATAM markets for 5 years. However, I am shifting bases and as a result, will need to switch to the APAC market. My experience with this market so far has been limited to selling to orgs with most of their buying committee based out of India. But I have no interaction with ANZ, APJ SEA and I am curious, what should I look out for? How would my strategy and approach change? What nuances and differences are there between the markets, and exactly how different is it from the markets I have sold to before?
