What helped me stop overthinking

I stopped overthinking by focusing on things I can actually control
Writing my thoughts down helped me clear my mind instead of keeping everything inside
I also started spending less time on social media and more time on real goals
It did not change overnight but after a few weeks I felt calmer and more focused
Now I try to take action instead of thinking too much about every situation
