So we did an 8000sqft lawn seeding for some clients, brought in 2.5 inches of loam mulch mix.
Everything works great, ran the system for head to head coverage on mp3000s. Running off a 2in main with 120psi into 1.5 in valves, 5 heads per zone on pressure 40 bodies etc. Everything is designed as it should be and spaced as should.
Here's the kicker, theres spots that are within range of spray zones that are tending to dry quickly, and a main spot that for whatever reason seems to be getting almost too much water, at least its puddling faster then anywhere else. This corner is slightly more congested or a tighter corner as we had to avoid a septic lid but not by that much.
Heads should be getting exact head to head but in all reality some are short 1ft potentially and others slightly over by maybe 1ft, the room of error doesn't seem to equate to the issues im experiencing. Ive been doing systems for a long time now but im stumped, im not sure why spots within range are drying extra quick and this other spot is not, it mimics over watering and under watering but based on coverages it doesn't make sense for that either.
Maybe someone here who has experienced this or is more experienced then I can lend advice or maybe think of something im not thinking of.
We're coming into warmer weather fast so im trying to figure out a solution quickly but keep hitting roadblocks. Attached are some photos from hunters site layout tool and photos of the area with what we've experienced.
Thanks in advance.
