UVM Graduation at Champlain Valley Expo - Looking for Tips!

Hey folks! I’m attending the UVM Graduate School graduation at the Champlain Valley Expo Center this weekend as a spectator, and I’ll have grandparents and small children in tow.

Has anyone attended ceremonies there before? Looking for any helpful tips & suggestions. Specifically wondering about what type of seating they have (plastic chairs, bleachers, something else?), best seating areas for short children, things I should be sure to pack, etc.

Thanks in advance for any pointers/info!

Hey lovely Burlingtonians,

Dad Guild's monthly Friday Night Hang is tonight from 7pm-9:30pm at the Soda Plant, and we'll be watching both NBA Game 6s (Detroit vs. Orlando & Cleveland vs. Toronto) on dual screens. We'll also have NBA Jam running on the arcade, and some pizza as well. No need to RSVP, just drop on by!

Then on Saturday morning from 10am-11:30am, the Guild Hall will be open for some Mother's Day Gift Bag Making. Dads & kids are invited to join us for a morning of gift making, and each kid will leave with a handful of presents for the mom figures in their lives next Sunday. RSVP required at dadguild.org

See you out there!
