The job is a 25% pay cut from my previous role and not ideal, but they were flexible and I negotiated some extra vacation and perks. This post isn’t a brag post however, it’s for those of you who are stressed out, depressed and anxious. Hang in there, keep applying, take gigs, upskill and take care of yourself. Stay present and don’t dwell on it or take unemployment personally.
