I'm playing the beginner Waterfall map, and having this issue where the water running through the central channel isn't consistent. It sloshes in waves, alternately flooding my farms or having low enough flow the power wheels stop turning. I really don't know what to do about this, it's deeply frustrating to have my industrial centre hitching and skipping. I tried putting in a reservoir with the output being the leveling valve, and it didn't help
