Hii!! I am looking to sublease my room in this lovely bed-study brownstone for $1331 per month from mid May through the end of the lease on October 1st, option to renew is available.
This is the 3rd floor of a quaint brownstone with tons of natural light and nice views, lots of greenery.
You would be sharing this floor with 2 other women, late 20’s/early 30’s, very friendly, mature, and responsible. One works fully in person, the other hybrid.
One of your potential roommates does have a fragrance allergy so we keep the apartment as unscented as possible aside from natural/clean products only!
Your potential bedroom fits a queen bed as well as several pieces of furniture as you can see, as well as a large closet that can hold A LOT of clothes (thank god lol). This room also features a fire escape which is great for enjoying your coffee on a summer morning.
The bathroom situation has never been an issue as it’s a rare occurrence that all three of us are home at the same time.
Kitchen features all appliances including a dishwasher and a W/D in unit, gas oven/stove as well
We are only a 5 minute walk from A(express) and c(local train at the Utica Ave station, 15 minutes to downtown Brooklyn, 20 to FiDi/Manhattan.
Neighborhood is very safe and this street is sandwiched between 2 schools so lots of families, never have had any issues.
