Best acting in an unknown/bit part?

Sometimes a key scene or bit part anchors a film in a way that requires someone to knock the performance out of the park, even if it’s only a couple lines or a small exchange. So I was curious what your favorite examples of this are, with the hope that the focus is placed on lesser known actors as opposed to “This Oscar winner came in for a few lines and crushed it.”

The example that personally made me think of this was seeing a video talk about X-Men 3. The movie is…something, but I always come back to just how incredible the scene with young Angel in the bathroom trying to file off his wings is. The kid only has a couple of minutes on screen, but every bit of his performance absolutely captivated me with just how tragically he plays it.

So what’s your bit part that stands out?

[WP] Weeks ago, a lord hired an assassin to kill one of his biggest rivals. The rival met with the lord in secret and the two worked things out. Now, the lord is desperately trying to get the assassin to stand down, but the assassin has a “no returns” policy and takes his work very seriously.
