I'm 29f. I've been dealing with urgency incontinence for the past 3 years. I was originally taking Solifenacin/Vesicare 10 mg with moderate success. Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with gastroparesis 2 months ago. I had to stop taking the Solifenacin/Vesicare as it makes gastroparesis worse. My urogynecologist immediately switched me to Mirabegron/Myrbetriq 25 mg, but after 2 months, I have yet to see any improvement. What are my next steps? Should I ask my urogynecologist to increase my dose to 50 mg? Should I try pelvic floor physical therapy? Do I switch to Vibegron/Gemtesa? I see the urogynecologist in 3 days.
