Hey, has anybody else been having problems with the collab inbox on the TikTok app? For the last 3 or 4 weeks I haven’t been able to access the collab section on my inbox, there are invites there but whenever I try to go to the inbod it just errors and I can’t get to them. I’ve had a ticket with TikTok’s help section but despite sending a video of the issue i don’t think she had a clue what the actual problem is.
Has anybody else had this issue and been able to fix it?
