Been noticing how expensive whey protein brands are becoming, so I'd like to ask which alternative protein sources are realistic replacements for the shake. I considered
- eggs - maybe giant omelettes or bakes
- tofu - haven't tried and still trying to figure out how to cook and eat large quantities of this
- chicken meat - Been eating this and realising it can be cloying after a while, hence seeking alternatives.
