Sometimes when playing games, i can hear coil whine, which on its own would be a big deal for me. but often times when i hear it. ill often get random stuttering and these were audio bugs, The audio slows down, sounds stutter and static. in task manager i see these drops
All those down spikes are visual stutters and audio. it usually happens in small groups like this. but also sometimes just has 1 big one
Ive recently got a new motherboard. but a similar thing was happening before i changed. I tried rebuilding the whole thing. nothing changed. ran anti virus, unplugged all extra things from USB and HDMI/Display ports. nothing changed. The only thing i can think of being left is to reinstall windows which i really dont want to do.
I know i have a bottleneck from my CPU but this happens regardless of CPU load being high or low. and it doesnt always share the spikes with the GPU like it does in the second image. I often dont get great FPS in games (Warframe, MH wilds, Marathon) 30 and under. But rarely do i see my CPU go above 80%.
