I know there are a bunch of steel manufacturers on long, but a lot do not use Corten. Anyone know a metal sculpture/fabricator that deals with weather/Corten steel. I am looking to have a fire pit ring manufactured and maybe a fire bowl depending.

Bought has for 450k during covid wound up gutting and fixing it and putting a small extension on it but used almost all our cash reserves 300k. Have about 75k left. Have a 150k brokerage account that I keep as an emergency, but has significant capital gains about 50k is the initial investment. No debt, no car loans. Near perfect credit.
Homes are about 1.2 to 1.3 million around here.
Wife wants to finish the backyard this summer so we signed a contract for a pool and pavers. Want to take out a 100k heloc for the pool pavers and glass three season enclosure.
Pool is supposed to start in 2 weeks we have enough for the next payment but would prefer to have heloc secured in case the project moves faster than expected.
