Maybe this is an unpopular opinion, but I honestly preferred the original version without the added ending/interlude. The new section kind of sounds like a B-side from ILIIAITE to me and feels a little uninspired compared to how strong the actual song is.

It also feels really tacked on, like it was added afterward rather than feeling like a natural progression or payoff to the song itself. Every time I hear it, it just sounds a bit corny to me, idk. It kind of kills the vibe of the original ending.

That said, I guess we’ll see how it works in the context of the full album and how it transitions into the next track. Maybe it’ll make more sense there.

Curious if anyone else feels the same or if it’s grown on you.
