I feel like I’ve hit a wall in my career and don’t really know what else to do at this point.
I’m an E6 with 4 1/2 years in as an 11B, all of it in a Bradley crew. I’ve got my Master Gunner badge and a solid amount of experience training crews and working the platform. This is literally all I’ve known my entire career.
For the past 2 years, I’ve been trying to reclass to 19C and I’ve submitted 3 packets. Every single one has been denied by U.S. Army Human Resources Command. No real explanation beyond the usual generic reasons.
At this point I’m starting to think I’m just stuck because of my rank and experience.
I’m not trying to get out (at least not yet), but I also don’t want to stay in the same exact lane forever if there’s no movement or growth.
Has anyone been in a similar situation where HRC kept denying reclass?
