Has anyone been contacted yet, as to update some people the deadline is tomorrow for anyone who wants to join.

So is the lawsuits working? not working?

I have seen some naturalisations and some work permits but where is the rest AOS and etc everything suddenly went quiet are people gatekeeping their adjucations well even if quiet and they got it 😂iam happy but if you guys listening out there give some good news or hopes to the people that are waiting or hopes to allow people to join lawsuits. My post is about is are these lawsuits not working somehow? Some law suits got deadlines from the judge even but now even those times has passed i might be wrong but hey we would love some good news from those people out there.

Did anyone else get an update i got an update which is basically the same one i got when i did biometrics in 4 months ago and it says the same thing that biometrics has been applied to your case.
Does this mean anything?

I have joined R2 of hackings

What are the chances that once filled it might end up to the same judge and instead of long fight for first round do you guys think we might get relief quicker since round 1 cleared many things up?

But the main question still stands are people getting adjucations from past lawsuits that have won?

And also i have a question how could Mcbean get a quicker resolve while hacking was the very first lawsuit out of many if i could recall Iam down to my last savings i can only see hacking the cheapest for now i was considering Mcbean but i was too late red eagle also has around the same but my fear is the class action might take too long and i do not have much time

What happens to the plaintiff’s if the law suits loses in the court will they get into trouble?

And also what happens if they win will USCIS try their best to deny them in a manner or will be a normal process considering the lawsuit

Plus if someone hasn’t reached the processing time for AOS is it a bad idea for them to join a lawsuit ? And also I haven’t seen much update from people who has been in these past WON lawsuits so idk and iam so lost on what to do
