So my coach doesn't like me much and some associates don't either, and said associates are friends with said coach. I've tried being friendly and everything but they just keep finding random stuff to get me in trouble for, and I've had enough. So I've went to ethics a couple times and got retaliated against, and then after that I see that a coaching randomly popped up. I was pulled into the office before and told that it was a coaching but it never showed on workday until apparently 6 days ago. And now I'm at a red. But with the picture above, I would think that I would be at an orange right? Unless I'm misunderstanding it.
Edit: The reasoning for why I think I should be at an orange is because the one that says yellow should have fallen off already. Which makes me think that I should be at an orange
