Hey everyone!
I’m currently working on my bachelor’s thesis exploring why people stay engaged in their sport. I’m focusing on behavioral and social drivers such as identity formation, habits, and community.

As part of my research, I’m comparing three very different sport structures: padel as a socially driven sport, horse riding as a more traditional and “elite” sport, and HYROX as a more goal-oriented, performance-based sport.

I’m currently looking for padel players to fill out a short survey - it takes only around 3 minutes and would really help my research!

Why do people keep coming back to their sport? 🏃‍♀️🎾🐎

I’m currently collecting responses for my bachelor’s thesis and I’m looking for people involved in:
➡️ Padel
➡️ HYROX
➡️ Horse riding / equestrian sport

✅ You don’t need to be an active athlete to participate.
You can also take part if you are currently inactive, taking a break, injured, or involved in other ways (e.g., helping out, volunteering, coaching, supporting friends, or mainly spectating).

The survey is anonymous and takes only 3 minutes.
My research focuses on what keeps people engaged in sport, especially:
• habits & participation choices
• community, belonging & accountability
• shared identity and motivation
