Well here we are. I'm at the heaviest I've ever been and I don't know where to start. To preface I will say that I've done it before. Going from about 300lbs to 175 in a little over a year. But that was 7-8 years ago.
Now I'm almost 40 and things feel different. I can't seem to find the motivation to exercise and my mental health is suffering from my current weight as well as my physical, obviously.
I'm dealing with a slew of health issues due to my weight such as sleep apnea, urinary incontinence at night. Joints hurting. The inability to even tie my shoes comfortably.
I feel so messed up from it all. My doctor recommended getting on a glp-1 medication and I started taking it last week. But I know that I have to change my diet and exercise habits for this to truly work.
Things need to change ASAP and I hope to get some advice from those who took the time to read this.
