tldr: my libido hasn't returned since taking an emergency contraceptive.
i (nb) have been with my partner for a year. it is both of our firsts relationships and we are in our early 20s. prior to meeting each other, we both didnt really experience sexual attraction in our lives, but after getting into a relationship we started being sexually active at least once a week or so. about a month ago, i took an emergency contraceptive. i dont know if it is related to that or my mental health or whatever, but we have not had sex since. i feel almost nothing for sex now and dont experience much sexual attraction, even though i used to. i don't really look forward to having sex anymore and feel some anxiety surrounding it because when he tries to initiate anything (even making out) i usually dont reciprocate. he confessed he has been feeling rejected and like i dont find him attractive anymore. he is not wrong, my behaviour has changed so i understand why he feels like that.
this has been causing some issues in our relationship and i am concerned as to why my libido has not returned. has anyone been through this and have any advice? i am scheduled to see my doctor soon but am unsure if i should bring it up and how he can even help.
