Hey there, I've identified that we need some kind of focus on KM probably more than we need traditional "technical writing".

Looking for guidance on how to actually pivot and dig into KM. Sure there's a Coursera thing that I might check out. But beyond that, is it just a matter of identifying the appropriate software/platform and taking ownership of that?

Hey there, normally I use norberts gambit on Questrade to convert USD to CAD.

I'm seeing that IBKR will do the exchange for the "good rate" so I can bypass having to jump through the hoops doing norberts.

I am not signed up to IBKR yet so just wanted to check in and make sure there no fees or costs I would run into as a new user. I.e. is it easy to deposit funds to IBKR, anything else I should watch out for.
