I have a 2025 BYD Tang (Chinese import) that is stuck in Simple Mode. The center screen is black and won't turn on, meaning I’ve lost access to all vehicle controls and the AC.

What I’ve tried:
• Soft Reset: Held the volume button for 15 seconds. The BYD chime plays, but the screen stays black and it remains in Simple Mode.
• Hard Reset: Disconnected the 12V battery wire and plugged it back in after a while. The issue persists.

Has anyone found a way to force the system out of Simple Mode or get the screen to boot?
Any help is appreciated.
