Chain of reasons to recover

I’ve been feeling a little discouraged in my recovery lately, and I’ve been coming up with different reasons to recover to try and help me stick to all of these new “habits”.
I’m curious to hear other people’s motivators? There are SO many reasons to recover, but I’m in a phase where it all feels very overwhelming and difficult to navigate, so I’d really appreciate some of y’all’s thoughts on this.
