i have 1.62 lakh rank and hs delhi defence priority 6 i can definitely improve in drop ill get dtu ee at 94k and nsut ee at 98k nsut ecam at 85k and i can definitley improve tilll 97-98 percentile which i feel i maybe wrong .

should i drop and try to improve or take mait best branch and grind in clg i dont have intrest in anything tbh i have intrest in leaving this country but idk if any branch works like that and i dont wanna spend alot going abroad too or even at btech spending 30-35 lakhs doesnt make any sense even from bits pilani seeing the current job market

if i fuckup my drop ill get some cs branch in mait till 85%ile bcuz of defence quota acc to 2025 college pravesh stats

im gen delhi hs defense priority 6 as per college pravesh data id only get nsut biotech at my rank but other branches are in range 5-10k off and defense quota is unpredictable so maybe ill get those are they better than drop?

im only considering drop cuz of defense quota since ill get ecam till 85k and dtu ee 94k and nsut ee 99k and ik i can definitely improve even more than this.

also in spot and special rounds do the cutoffs for defense ppl go even lower as on college pravesh its only available till round 5 if yes can i find the data of it anywhere?

im actually eligible for obc ncl too but live in ncr and making obc on some random address feels too risky am i doing the right thing? seeing alot of ppl in same situation making obc from dalals do these ppl get caught in physical verification ?
