0xc000007b error seems unsolvable . I've tried everything I could find

A few weeks ago, my PC started having trouble booting up . During that period, sometimes it would show that 'Windows was unable to start correctly' , but in those cases just clicking restart would fix it . The issue was resolved after I set the PC's settings to max power and performance . Now it's good as new .

Except after a while, nowadays it has started showing this one damn issue for everything I try to do . Strangely enough, some apps like Notepad, mGBA, Free Download Manager and MS Edge still work just fine. I would've gone insane without the browser

I'm sure I had all the latest .NET, C++, DirectX already .

I've tried to give as many details as possible
