I missed my 4 credit internship thing (2courses ~ ₹10.5K) and missed the form

What shall I do

Anyone (4th yr - 23 batch) who wants to become day boarder after the summer vacation but haven't proceeded with the dayscholar process how do u do it.

If u dont fill up hostel fees and after college re opens and then u go for the procedure of Hosteller to day boarder and the id card change whom do u approach first. Can anyone help me with this.
